Chocolate Lego: Every culinary cooking school’s perfect party piece

Collection of chocolate building blocks in various colors including pink, white, and brown. - International Hotel School

Playing with your food just got a whole lot more fun (and acceptable) because when it’s chocolate Lego…it’s definitely something that grown up’s and children will have an absolute ball with. Imagine building yourself a skyscraper of chocolate blocks and then scoffing the whole lot at the end…brick by brick, morsel by morsel.

The perfect chocolate mould

The world of Lego is no longer limited to a small box of the fun toys you used to play with as a child. Now, you can make Lego dessert treats and turn them into figurines; (because let’s face it, Lego is still fun, child or not) show them off (naturally competing for bragging rights), and then gobble them down when you’re done.

And making the Lego chocolates seems like child’s play too. All you need to do is melt your chocolate (dark, white, milk…), pour it into the Lego moulds, set, cool and pop out. Voila! Whilst the process of actually making these chocolate bricks is relatively simple, the creativity that you can express with a million chocolate bricks is absolutely endless. We loved these culinary art ideas, made of course with chocolate Lego:
