Organisational Behaviour

Introduction

The purpose of this module is to provide an overview of organisational behaviour and to create a better understanding of human behaviour in organisation. This is to assist you, as a manager, to supervise your employees more effectively.  The business environment is examined with regards to technological and politico-legal forces that impact organisational strategies.  Managers and supervisors at all levels need to ensure that problems are solved in an efficient way to enable the ideas and innovations for tomorrow’s business to flow freely. Creative thinking and Problem-solving processes are also explored in this module.
